This award was co-created by Invest Ottawa, Ottawa Business, and the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce in 2013 and is meant to recognize one to three startups that, in the opinion of the selection committee, are the most promising in terms of innovation and commercialization. Key criteria include innovation, quality of management, market validation, and market opportunity.
