This award is presented annually based on the following criteria: founding or leading a remarkable company; long-term business success with a significant economic impact on Ottawa; generating large-scale employment; innovation and perseverance in a changing business world; strong leadership that inspires others; and a track record of taking leadership positions in the community. This award is decided by a selection committee; however, suggestions can be made through entries on this website.
