Description
This award is presented annually based on the following criteria: a person or organization that has received frequent and high-profile media coverage during the past 12 months on both a local, regional, and national level; the media coverage is deemed generally positive and has brought more attention to the National Capital Region; the actions taken by the person or organization are consistent with creating a vibrant and innovative business environment; and the person or organization is demonstrating strong leadership that serves to inspire others. This award is decided by a selection committee; however, suggestions can be made through entries on this website.
