This award is presented annually to a company or organization that works with post-secondary institutions to identify, onboard, and train co-op students. The key criteria include a track record of working with local co-op departments, the number of students in their co-op program, the co-op student experience, and the human resources impact of the co-op program from a talent recruitment perspective. This award is decided by a selection committee, however, suggestions can be made through entries on this website.
